The Aircast SP Walker is a short pneumatic walking brace designed for children whose limb length, calf circumference or type of injury prevents them from using a standard walker. This makes it ideal for foot fractures, ankle sprains, forefoot, midfoot or hindfoot injuries, soft tissue, tendon or ligament injuries and post-op care.

The SP Walker is designed for comfort and protection. Made with a lightweight semi-rigid shell, the walker features a low rocker sole which allows for a more natural walking movement to increase mobility.

A wide foot base is provided to give ample room for dressings without sacrificing comfort while its adjustability ensures a secure fit regardless of bandage size. This adjustability is provided by means of two inflatable aircells that allow for a ”total contact” fit for optimum support and comfort.
